Having to do for myself with no assistance yet again in my world.

Hi wittsend... I am so sorry that you feel that way. I take it you are retired? Would you have any pleasure working some easy job to help people? Volunteering? Can you take any pleasure in watching movies or books or sports or something easy to access like that?

I firmly believe we don't have to exist in misery and suffering so I believe there is hope you can find peace in life. I am not a therapist but I know that you can do it . Do you go to therapy now? I hate spending money on health, but I figure I am better at peace homeless than depressed with a bit of money in the bank.

Again, I am so sorry you feel this way, know that you have worth just the way you are. I wish you peace, hope, and strength. ☮️
