Are you new to this group? I'm fairly new so I'm not sure who else is.

I met a couple of friends in a 3 month therapy group I attended a couple of years ago. We weren't supposed to make friends with members outside of group hours but a few of us did. We can now even talk about things not related to our mental health issues but know that we can talk about them safely if need be.

I'm sure one is able to meet ppl and make trusted friends here in this group.
