Hello everyone,

What are you guy’s home remedies for your for your tension/pressure headaches and tinnitus related to anxiety?

I put an ice pack on the back of my head. I don’t know about tinnitus, but I saw some remedies online about that. Music helps me to calm down.

I’ve yet to try the ice pack. I might buy something that holds the ice. Like an ice bag on Amazon or something
