I got a book….
You know dogs suffer from anxiety just as well. The reason you may have felt
anxious while reading her book is because she is describing you to a "T".. Her
words are spot on but once you become acquainted with the theory behind her
message to all of us, you will start healing. It's not a one time read but a book that
will carry you over the years. =My best to you and your furry friend. xx
Hahaha 🤣🤣🤣 I'm so sorry...but I almost spit out my tea I laughed so hard!
Your "son" didn't fall far from the tree, I see.
Spooky99, You will get out of this book what you put into it.
David Barlow, Emeritus Professor of Psychology and Psychiatry at Boston University, has written that Claire Weeke's method has allowed tens of millions to recover from anxiety and depletion over the past 50 years*.
Reader reviews on Amazon seem to support this.
May I suggest you protect this book at all costs from passing pets.
I wish you a successful recovery and happier days ahead.
*"Claire Weekes - The woman who cracked the anxiety code": the recently published biography of Doctor Weekes.
Haha … don’t know if you’re getting anxious or not but your dog sure had fun! Great post, made me laugh.
Hey Spooky. I conquer with Agora that it could be triggering your anxiousness cause of how spot on it is. Maybe try listening to it on audible if you like books on tape. The Dr Weekes book holds a special place for me and I recommend it. I do prefer the audible one over the paperback. Just a thought.
I’ll try the book and see what happens. If not I’ll get the audio. Thank you
What a hoot, got to love dogs even the ones that are literary critics - lol!
There's some good videos of her on YouTube worth checking out, great book
