I have being on effexor xr for about 5 years it has helped me very much. But theirs is a down fall , If I don't take with in couple of hours of waking up. I begin to feel sick such running nose, headache, nauseous. Also you need to be monitoring your blood pressure because can cause change on your blood pressure so very important to visit the doctor once in while and requested the do lab work on your liver because is very powerful antidepressant.
