I have not tried spravato, but have been doing the ketamine injections. It has helped. I like doing the treatment with therapy if that is an option for you. I think if you haven't done injections then spravato would be great, if you have done injections I think that spravato is a little too mild in comparison. I think it would be good to try, especially if your insurance covers it. For my first six treatments I just paid $250 a treatment, they recommended you did six to start.

Anyway, ketamine has been good for me.

Thanks for the feedback, I scheduled an injection to try and jump start the results of using spravato. I have had 6 spravato treatments and I am seeing no results.

Do you feel the spravato during the session? Are you doing therapy along with it? At the very least I have a nice trip...😅 it is taxing and leaves me unable to do much other than sleep for the rest of the day, but I at least feel pretty relaxed for a good 24 hours

I definitely feel spravato during the 2 hour session but by 90 minutes, I am ready to leave and they won't let me until the full 2 hours. I do find that I sleep a lot more than normal. I meet with my psychiatrist once a month and also have a therapist that I work with. I am hopeful about the injection .
