post vacation scariest

hi all! Does anyone else have terrible post vacation scaries?? I was having so much anxiety leading up to vacation and my vacation was soooo relaxing and amazing. I enjoyed every moment of it. I got home this morning and now I’m a jumping bean. My anxiety is flipping from unpacking, to working tomorrow, to worrying about my family as usual. Please quiet down brain

Something like that usually happens to me, I really think it's the transitions that are anxiety provoking for me, I like being more settled into a routine

Toula223, you were able to escape your problems for a while. Coming

home to reality hit hard but should settle down once you are in the groove

of things again. xx

yes i have these all the time....of course my work environment has a lot to do with that....
