Hi just started on sertraline 50 mg for panic attacks. Taken am for a week now and been feeling worse anxiety and bit sick off food but now I’m really tired when take it .
how can I switch to taking at night instead safely?
Last tablets this morning at 9am so do I miss tonight but take tomorrow night and not the morning?
Hi, my wife is on 150mg for years now. She takes hers at night. I think at that dosage you should be okay just switching to night. To play it safe maybe take half in the am and half in the pm for a day or two, then just whole ones at night. She's forgotten to take hers and it's usually two days before she even notices (ie: feels withdrawal). May want to call your doctor just to be safe though.

I take mine at night because I’m less likely to forget. I’m on a high dose 175 mg. Since you are on 50 mg I would split it in half and take 1/2 tonight and the other half in the morning (just like the other poster said). Then the next day just take it at night.
The side effects can be difficult but well worth it once Sertraline starts to work it’s magic.
