I am wondering if anyone has any helpful tips for finding a way to get motivated when you really have no desire . I’m not sure if this is common but I can only seem to get motivated for other people and not myself like if I don’t have to work or have plans with other people I don’t do anything .I’m aware that I won’t feel better til I work out or get ready but it’s like I’m in a pattern I can’t break. Anybody else?

I'm not sure. What sort of motivation? Like to work out, self improvement?
I also find it difficult to do things by myself. All I can suggest is, start small and be consistent. For me I started by taking walks by myself for exercise. It's also good for your mental health to get outside and soak up some vitamin D. Sometimes I would listen to music to make it less boring. Would something like that work for you?
