I love this post. It contains so many truths. The first therapist I ever saw recommended that I eat smaller frequent meals to help reduce anxiety. This works. It also helps to be around other people, even if it is at a coffee shop or a mall. One thing this doesn't mention is to get outdoors. It gives you a different perspective. Sleep is an issue that I struggle with. It helps to meditate and rest. Thanks for posting this!
