I’m kinda new Don’t really post .. have severe depression/ anxiety.. on Xanax gabepentin and doing tms with i results yet .

I am so sorry. Know that we are here for you and it is safe to let yourself be seen by the community. I've never used medications nor am I a doctor but I tend to think, even just from seeing others posts, that medication seems to just not be effective for a lot of people, so don't get down on yourself for that.

It seems that there has to be a deep inner transformation, if we are willing to face our demons head on and with an open heart, rather than trying to just get rid of them. Let me know if that sounds like something you want to explore I might be able to offer you some guidance or point you in the direction of some resources.
