Good morning all I hope everybody is having a blessed day so far. Reaching out for some extra support and prayers as I have a job interview today at noon. This is a big step for me because I've been working from home for the past two and a half years and this would be put me back in an office environment which I think really would help with my recovery. Those of you that have been following me are aware of my medication changes and what it has done to me I've been up and down on this roller coaster ride for the past 1 and 1/2 months. Knockwood I'm starting to feel a little bit balanced I actually went out with my wife this past weekend and went to the mall and went to dinner with friends and did very well praise Jesus. I'm reading a very interesting book that tries to put your life into perspective and how you and only you can battle the your anxiety and depression. Self-affirmations and self-talk is a very important process of this clinicians treatment plan. I now wake up every morning and look in the mirror and talk to myself and have a conversation. I look deep into my eyes and tell myself that I can handle it and I will make it through the day and continue to put one step in front of the other.
Please keep me in your prayers today and I will do the same for you. We are all struggling We are all trying to get through this one day at a time. This group has definitely helped me realize that I am not alone! Stay strong everyone! 💪❤️🙏👍
