for me, yes. Your body is working so hard at times to deal with anxiety that you could work into fever. Others on this site have awful GI symptoms too. Anxiety can manifest in many ways. I have some autoimmune disorders that flare due to stress from my own anxiety!

thank you so much for sharing! It causes GI symptoms for me. Today I had really awful anxiety and panic attacks and then spiked a fever. Was just curious!
