Grief and sadness

I feel freer but have. Had grief. Over how much my life and myself has changed has anyone gone. Thru that?

Absolutely. Life has changed for me in ways I never, ever thought I could endure. In a fairly short period of time as well. Speaking only for me, the weight of sadness, loss and grief have become part of the fabric that makes me me.

Life brings changes no matter how old or young we are, no matter whether the change is good or bad. Keep adjusting, keep learning and growing, don't give up.
