Y’all’s encouraging words and support have really been helping me as I trudge along with this fight against anxiety/depression. It’s so very comforting to know I’m not alone in this fight and I truly believe we will all eventually find at least SOME relief, as long as we all keep taking steps (however small) to improve. Even if that means just getting out of bed and brushing your teeth!!!

So glad you've found the forums helpful! I'm also finding the words of encouragement and knowing I am not alone in this a very comforting feeling. I didn't think I was alone with anxiety mind you, but it's great to have some kind of support group that's here to help carry us on when we feel like stopping!
