This is a great post! I am glad that you have found support here.

It's also helpful to me when I can read about others' struggles and sstep outside of my struggles for a time. I can offer ideas that I have learned along the way and maybe they will help the other person. And in offering ideas, I am ALSO reminding myself of the techniques that I have learned. It's hard to remember them in the middle of panic/depression/anxiety.
