hi dolphin I was doing really well weren’t I the thing is in a nutshell been with my hubby for 22 years and in the beginning he cheated on me for 5 years with his ex I obviously got to find out left him but went back many years ago when my mum died well basically the ex still goes round his family’s house which I find rather uncomfortable 😳 I went to Skegness for a few days last week with the in laws and his dad was quite mean to me calling me by my hubby’s exs name ???? So I think that was one trigger and the other trigger is hubby’s been under the hospital for a while having tests and stuff all came back ok so I’m not sure if it’s build up or what oh and I’m early stages of peri menopause so the list in endless att the minute 🥺😝I hope your doing ok cx
Well that is certainly a list of triggers that set you back. I'm so sorry. Try and keep focused that it's just a set back and you can work on healing from this too.
What helped you in the past? Oh and don't down play the role of female hormones in this lol.... just our luck right??
I am doing well. Thank you for asking.
So sorry you're going thru that. I've been having severe stomach pain. I'm dealing with it the best I can. Prayers to you.
