Eyebrow twitch anyone !!?

so I am really stressed at the moment more worrying about health anxiety is mental anyone else ever had a eyebrow that twitches near top of nose it’s on and off it’s so annoying

Yes, I have had a lot of muscle spasms as a side effect of many SSRIs. The other evening I could have sworn my forehead was spasming 😂

It's common for people with any kind of anxiety disorder, especially with a lot of medications. As disturbing as it can be, it's likely not a big deal.

I can tell you something you shouldn't be worried about it ☺️ My eyes twitch when i am stressed sometimes i get weird sensations in my legs and get spasms as well its overstimulated nerves you'll be ok ❤️🙏

I get twitching in my eye when I anxious , tired or had too much caffeine.

My eye area has been twitching for months. I finally cut out the coffee, dark chocolate, and caffeine, and it has started to subside yesterday. It took a good two and a half weeks to get to this point. I only drank 1/6 of a cup of caffeinated coffee and ate 2 servings of dark chocolate a day, but apparently that was enough to effect my nervous system. I am caffeine sensitive though. If you're taking in caffeine you may want to try to stop for a couple weeks. That first day was rough for me.
