whats up with my feet?

anybody get numbness in their feet with anxiety?

Hello. YES! I have been having serious panic and anxiety attacks the last few weeks and the tingling in my legs, hands and fingers has been constant! I was so scared about this that I went to ER this week to make sure it wasn’t blood clots or something like this. It wasn’t!! Apparently it’s all related to my anxiety

crazy panic attacks. my first was in my truck 10 years ago. i can still feel it when im driving sometimes.

Not easy to deal with or live with! I’m going through some serious ones these last 3 weeks of my life! Serious attacks that have sent me to the ER twice!

That could be inflammation as a result of stress. There are natural treatments…turmeric, magnesium, diet. Inflammation affects every organ.
