Me again with the covariant cyst!

I had bloods done today to check for ovarian cancer due to a cyst on my ovary measuring 16 by 17cm 3 doctors have told me it’s unlikely to be cancer but I’m going out my mind with worry! Any tips to calm down? I get my results on Thursday! Can’t help feeling like I’m about to die and this is the end. Sounds maybe silly I know but so scared xx

This is not silly at all. Of course we worry when we are waiting results.

My therapist has spent quite a long time getting these words to sink in.

" What do I know now" has helped me get through many times when I was afraid.

Try to keep telling yourself. What you know now is that you are waiting results and you will have them tomorrow. Today that's all you know.

Keep yourself as busy as you can. I hope things turn out OK for you
