Are they intolerable? They will pass but that might not be okay. Other things to consider (can't tell you what to do)Did it help when you were on it?

What prompted you to end it.

What self care strategies did you have in place before you quit? This could be but not limited to talk therapy who can also offer self care tips, DBT/CBT, Exercise, friends, better diet. Bad food, being sedentary or alone contribute to depression. I wouldn't stop without those in place. Additionally diets with cleansing foods (lots of fruits and veggies like beets, celery, apples) can help you taper off.

If they are you can also taper up and then down. I have done this. You are basically getting your body used to the lower dose. You can consult with your doctor on this. I find old school doctors think it takes two weeks and done. I follow a combination of data driven advice and my own body.
