I always feel like I need to take a deep breath. Cardiologist and Internal Med Dr both said I’m healthy so it’s anxiety. I’ve been taking 200mg of Zoloft and Busiprone twice a day. I was a lot better but never 100%. Recently, the breathing issue and anxiety have increased.
I’m looking for someone that has experienced this need to always take deep breaths. I’m looking for their stories on how they overcame this.

I take metoprolol 25 mg daily for mild left ventricular hypertrophy and mild hypertension. I was prescribed Adderall (currently 40 mg daily) a few months ago and since feel as if I am always out of breath. I still have not seen my cardiologist again so I have no answers regarding how I overcame this because I haven't, at least yet. Still, I wanted to share that I think I also suffer from anxiety (which has turned worst ever since I am taking stimulants) so that, plus the hypertrophy make a bad combo for the trouble breathing. Should I point out that I also have asthma? Yikes, looking forward to reading other replies. Thanks for sharing your story!
I feel as if I am always out of breath. Hence, needing to taking deep breaths from time to time. My chest feels tight so I have been taking a break from exercising. Before the stimulant, I had this feeling mostly during the winter or if I got sick. It is awful that now is an ongoing thing.
