“It’s the darkest before the dawn”. However you want to put it. I’m just wondering …. How long is it dark for. Or in my case … when is it going to stop cycling from super dark to… just a peek of light and then darkness again. It feels like Inkeep getting further and further into the darkness with each fall lately and it’s quite scary. Further and further away from people each time.
I don’t have many relationships with people on this site . I feel like I don’t really reach. Sometimes I feel guilty about just posting but not helping out myself . Idk. Sometimes I don’t really know why I’m here.

There's some great people on this site. I'm sorry you're going through a tough time.
You help people when you post. When I’m feeling sad, I don’t want to watch a happy bunch of people being fake happy and fake complete. (I believe that’s called Facebook.) 🤣
No, I want to know that other people like me are out there where life is dark, real, and sometimes sucky. Or people who are celebrating meaningful victories like leaving their house after three months- and inviting me (and others) to join in those real celebrations. I want to feel understood and be able to connect with real people. And if we can reach each other in that darkness for even a second…💥 Light.
I know how you feel when you say you're not helping yourself out. You're doing the best you can do at any given time. Don't feel guilty. Its always good to chat with people who know how it is, you may get inspiration or ideas here.
I don't recall the author of this saying, perhaps Winston Churchill:. " When you're going through hell, keep going.". Just keep with your program and progress.
