You can talk to me. What helps me is my medicine. So a dr can help. I also do 30-45 minutes of cardio exercise daily to produce endorphins that battle your anxiety. Jog , hike, aerobics and swimming or jogging or walking in place videos on YouTube. A game changer for me has been the Wim Hof breathing exercises twice daily. And twice daily cold showers 5-6 minutes 60-68 degrees.
