Has anyone here ever tried micro dose of Psilocybin? I watched a video of a trial here in UK with promising results but it was a good while ago now. I’m so desperate that l would do Anything just to feel a little bit normal. I can’t leave my bedroom for long atm as panic sets in. I get ‘rushes’ from my stomach to my head. When l walk l feel faintly giddy and strange so l go back again to my bed. I am alone and my head feels like it’s floating. Please, has anyone felt like this? 47 yrs depressed. I will need to get food soon and don’t want to face anybody. I’m a wreck. Maybe, like most depressed we are crying in the wind! I’m so hopeless.

Micro-dose Psilocybin?
Would you have any interest still in hobbies you used to enjoy, could somebody bring food to you?
Happy trails..................................
Murielle, you should phone your GP , they can get someone to visit you if you can’t get out to get food, maybe social services or age concern, or are you able to order food online from the supermarket , you have to eat that’s why you feel giddy and faint maybe?
Can you also tell us what you have tried to help with your anxiety? Medication? Therapy?
Have you smoked weed before? It does help some people, albeit not all.
I've also heard the same about psilocybin but sadly it's all illegal stuff so it'll take a long time before it can be available legally, like MDMA etc...
I've watched a couple of videos on psilocybin by Julianne Keu who microdoses, it does sound hard to get it right and you need to be really careful and disciplined but it has potential.
No, l never have. I saw some YouTube videos on microdosing. It’s illegal here anyway but I’m curious. Thank you for your recommendations. It’s 8.33 am here. My stomach seems like it’s shaking inside. I hate mornings, another day to get through. I’m going through a severe depression atm. I’ve suffered most of my life and this is one of the very bad ones. I’m so sorry, l just hope that most of you lovely people are feeling better than this.x
Sorry to hear you're struggling so much, it must feel awful. We're all battling our demons but sometime I find that befriending them and being compassionate to ourselves helps a little.
Have you done therapy before? Counselling, talking therapies or even chatted with someone from the Samaritans help line? These could be little things that just give you some respite from your awful thoughts as you don't feel like speaking to closer people in your life.
Ate a few mushrooms about 50 yrs. ago. Couldn't stop laughing but also had some anxiety. If you do decide to try it, make sure you start out at a very, very small dose.
You can try getting enrolled in a clinical trial / research study that uses one of these experimental drugs you mentioned. Medically managed Ketamine doses have helped some people. It’s not DYI though.
