That's a good one. I always look for the positive in people. I have a few at work that love to argue. I post things around my desk about treating each other with kindness.

I recognize the ones I need to be cautious with. Now that I have a voice I use boundaries to protect myself.

Some people are so argumentative, it’s mentally draining. Why are they like that? I like the idea of posting things around your desk & setting boundaries.

I'm not sure why they do what they do. I agree is is draining to listen to it over and over.

I had to do something. They were driving me nuts haha. I know they read what I post. Hopefully someday it will make them stop and think.
