It is best to go to a counselor for your venting and explanations since your SO probably can't understand it all and feels frustrated and hopeless, unable to help you. Men want to fix, and therefore aren't often the best to talk to if you just want them to listen to something they can't fix. If you can't afford a counselor, many churches offer it free. Also, something that helps a lot is a good multi vitamin with extra magnesium since it calms the mind body and spirit and extra B vitamins for nerve healing and focus and energy. Ginseng is great to get rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop too. Get out for walks, they are very helpful, getting vitamin D and if you go outside barefoot you will get grounded again.
