Being disabled, I have trouble standing, let alone dancing, but I like to laugh 😂😂😂😂😂

I suppose it is metaphorical, the rain being life's obstacles. Perhaps a positive attitude can teach us to surmount or ignore those obstacles and grab a chance at happiness.

A district mental health nurse told me, the body moves first, then the brain. It is when we are most lacking in enetgy and motivation that we need to go for a walk.

Move the body first the mind will follow.
