That sounds delicious! I learned on Dr. Andrew Huberman’s podcast that eating 2-4 servings per day of fermented foods is better for gut health compared to a high fiber diet.
And I’m sure we’re all aware by now how gut health is also tied to mood, motivation, and our overall sense of well-being. Suffice to say, I’ve been eating sauerkraut and fermented carrots daily and have felt better physically and emotionally as a result.
