Hi everyone.

Just wanted to tell you all I was having an OK day. Some anxiety tiredness and not a very good mood.

But then I cooked myself some steamed rice with kimchi, beef and green onion, boiled eggs and I’m feeling pretty good.

Sometimes you have to feed the belly and get some sort of enjoyment even if it don’t last too long.

That sounds awesome! I’ve been using eggs a lot for protein.

There is a huge mind-body-brain-soul connection. Feed one in a healthy way and they all benefit.

That sounds delicious! I learned on Dr. Andrew Huberman’s podcast that eating 2-4 servings per day of fermented foods is better for gut health compared to a high fiber diet.

And I’m sure we’re all aware by now how gut health is also tied to mood, motivation, and our overall sense of well-being. Suffice to say, I’ve been eating sauerkraut and fermented carrots daily and have felt better physically and emotionally as a result. :)
