Hi Everyone, I'm from Australia. I suffer from Anxiety which leads to occasional bouts of depression.

I don't know if other countries have this option but here is Australia we have have assistance dogs specifically for those of us with psychological illnesses. The organisation here is mindDogs Assistance dogs. The dogs are trained to accompany us wherever we go outside the home. They can accompany us legally wherever we go. Once trained the teams take a Public Access Test. I am sure other countries would have similar.
