Hi All. I was looking to see if anyone participates in a Weekly Zoom support group for Anxiety and or Depression group. I had in the past and cannot find one now. If anyone does could you let me know. It would be so appreciated.. I think it is time I move up to the next level in my communication about my Anxiety and there is only so much I can do with my therapist.. Thank you..
