High anxiety last few days. Read CNN.com today and Rep. Waters speech , says if Chauvin doesn’t get 1st degree, protestors must get more aggressive in rioting. Judge said that it could be basis of appeal/no mistrial now. I Emailed the Republican Party my worry/ is nat’l guard on standby, cops and citizens in danger. I also called FBI tip line and the woman was ugly when I told her source is news (but felt she’s the threat) she said it will be logged and hung up on me (I’m SO embarrassed). I called them bec. I thought email might not be checked. I live in large city; when nat’l protests against police for killings of black lives, stores burns, anti- black lives matter protestors join in (even carrying guns in open- Texas laws weak on gun control), and last time teens chanted/ carried flag that said, “white people aren’t sh$t.” plz peaceful protesting

2 weeks ago- bought Kratom (legal in TX). For anxiety. MD put me on Prozac around same time (on Wellbutrin long term). I use coffee/ decongestant for sinuses- twice daily/ vape/ Kratom stimulates me. I think it’s anxiety bec At 49 no family history of BPD. (I’m mainly over- thinking stuff/talking more now). It makes me worry about bipolar. My MD said make appt.- Must wait couple weeks bec. I don’t have $, he’s very $$. will go to VA ER if worse. I did stop Kratom and decongestant, will TRY replacing caffeine w/ water/not sure if could cut down on vaping- nicotine addict- add anxiety if stop. Thank you! TY.

I'm afraid we're likely to see more riots no matter what and I think people who throw gasoline on the fire (like Waters) should be held accountable for their part. I'm sick of all the propaganda, hate, and division.
