lastnight i was reading and about to go to bed when i shut ,y ights off i went in room and i went in bed when i had a huge pain in the back left side of my head i didnt know why but after i felt dizzy and nausous. then it all of a sudden diapeared

Get it checked by a doctor. It might be a muslce thing , get it looked at.

It could possibly be a migraine headache. I have chronic migraine and pain and nausea and dizziness on one side of the head is a sure sign. Please,Please call your dr and go in for a check up. Just to be safe and give you peace. Take care and feel better!
