Has anyone here been diagnosed with anxiety avoidance personality disorder?

Currently trying to get my head round it and wondering if anyone knows of any good books, websites or other resources I can look at.

Its a type of anxiety that is linked to being liked and accepted, its triggered by fear of rejection apparently. Wikipedia explains it quite well.I've now got an occupational therapist so hoping that she'll be able to help me work through it, but its still useful to find other people's perspective on it.

I can definitely relate. I would have those fears because of past rejections, but don't have a diagnosis
