In the UK we know it as Buspirone, and yes I take it.

How does it work for you?

I take between 10 and 20 mg when my anxiety is really bad. I don't take them every day, only when I need them. They work well and quickly for me. They have a short half life so exit the body really quickly therefore I get no ill effects by only taking them as I need too.

I’ll have to give it a shot then. Thanks 🙏🏻

I was on it for a while. It upset my stomach and I lost some weight on it but it left me feeling mildly disconnected from reality. But it was tolerable. After 6 months it was no longer effective for me so my primary care put me on Lexapro. Hope this was helpful.
