Hello everyone, its been awhile for me but I hope everyone is handling things the best way you can. Often times people who don't suffer with the anxiety can give bad advice. I don't believe malice is intended but some actually don't know the toll it takes on us and believe we can just "get over it". I would implore everyone to know where and who is your safe space. Some friends (not anymore) would mock me in secret due to my constant fear and anxiety of being alone. I thought I was safe with them but I wasn't. I found solace here, writing in my journal and its been great. I know now how to decipher what's safe and what isn't. I hope and pray everyone here can find a safe space and succeed in our daily battles.
Much Love

Friend sounds selfish with that comment ! A friend should like to talk about whatever you need and likewise you will need to listen too. If your friend has never experienced a mental health issue, this person doesn’t understand the suffering of anxiety. But I sympathize with you and hope you can go in-patient or talk to a psychiatrist that can adjust your medication
I agree with you! Nothing is as awful as anxiety. I was able to go in-patient at hospital for a week. The doctor there really helped me by changing mymedication. I M now free of that gnawing pain in my chest. I didn’t realize how the right meds. Can help me so much !
