Panic Attack Hotline?

Hi, I am new on here and was diagnosed with generalized anxiety almost a year ago. The anxiety leads to panic attacks and during the panic attacks suicidal thoughts have occurred. Does anyone have a resources to get out of the panic attack or association to call during the panic attack?

Please reach out for help if you are ever having suicidal thoughts. I’m not sure if you are in the U.S. or elsewhere but there are hotlines that you can contact if you are having suicidal thoughts.
