upped my dose of sertraline from 50-100 mg and my anxiety has hit the roof! Help

Hi super anxious ! Am also on high blood pressure pills . It’s like I want to run from pillar to post but there is no where to run ! am not sure what to do ? Am all speeded up and jittery ! I don’t want to give up and am feeling very out of shorts . I can’t face anyone or anything ! I will go for a walk Should I continue or should I keep it at 50 mg ? Kindly please give me some feedback

Hey! I have had the same experience before with a previous medication I was on. I would just talk with your doctor and see what they think may be best. Until then, try to take deep breaths. Don't over work yourself 😊
