Cracking easily

Hello I’m new . I have a break down about everything little and do not know how to handle when one thing is wrong , I am worried I won’t last long here. Any advice ?idkkk

Hey Bees. It's understandable to worry. Especially now more than ever. A few tools that helped me with my worrying has been meditation, taking things second by second, and putting things into perspective. None of that has come easily. It's taken alot of work. And while the worry never disappears completely, I'm able to acknowledge that it's there and decide how I want to handle it.

No worries. I've been in therapy for over a year, started group therapy last month, been using a meditation app that's become a part of my daily routine, reading a book on meditation, and connecting with those that get it to be able to provide an outside perspective. Truth be told, I was resistant to all of that for most of my 37 years of existence. But recently decided I had nothing to lose by trying anything to see if it'll put me on a different path.

Wow yeah , I can see that having an effect ! Thanks again for the advice, I don’t think I’ll be able to do therapy again I couldn’t get any words out my mouth just cry.i wish I can be consistently good like that too , best wishes 💕

Therapy's definitely difficult. I had tried it many times throughout my life. This time around it's stuck because I'm determined to live a healthier life, and that's just one o the tools I can use to get me there.

I'd be happy to brainstorm different ideas that might worth trying that will fit your situation. Feel free to send a message anytime.

This happens to me too sometimes. I find it helpful to take some space for myself and reflect on my life to see where I need to help myself to stop myself from losing it.

The fact you’re here seeking advice means you took the first step in helping yourself already!
