need advice..

i have been having severe anxiety for a week now.

i hate my face. don't know what to do.

Severe anxiety is a terrible feeling. I know because I have suffered from it as well. Do you take any meds? Maybe you need some anxiolytic to help you through this terrible time.

Is there anything in particular wrong with your face? I suppose my face is not so beautiful either, but there is nothing I can do about it.

no i don't take any meds. i'm trying to figure out a way without taking them.i don't know whats wrong with my face, i just can't remove the feelings from my mind that's trying to convince me that there is something wrong.
