Has anyone ever had this?

Feel completely out of it my head feels full and fuzzy don’t recognise myself in the mirror just feel totally gone and out of it and I’m convinced I’m going to die in the next few days or a week I’m so scared and frightened is this forever have I lost it also dizzy and vertigo

Sound like dislocation disorder, but I would reccomend to talk to your doctor.

This is something I deal with. A coping mechanism to avoid something unpleasant due to anxiety.

I get like this too! Does you head every just feel weird or you think something wrong with your brain!? I am on antidepressants and it makes me feel weird at times
