Hyponatremia

Been taking escitalopram for about six years. It's turned my life around. A couple of months ago I ended up in a coma with hyponatremia. Anyone else experienced this?

Perhaps you have a very low salt diet, which can cause hyponatremia. Othe than that, I am sure the doctors will examine. Maybe your kidneys are excreting and excessive amount of sodium Na for some reason.
