Anxiety/Depression -- What are your Coping Mechanisms?

I have suffered with depression and anxiety for over 30 years. It all started after I flunked out of college back in 1990. And, since that time, other life experiences have affected the depression and anxiety....in many different ways. Does anyone have any good coping techniques to deal with depression and/or anxiety? Thank you!

For me it is self care, self love, essential oils for that has been an amazing help for me in many areas, learning tools like breathing techniques, butterfly hug, and a few others I cant think of right now lol. My brain can go blank sometimes. I am also reading The body keeps the score and that has helped me understand the brain and body connection and that trauma even from long ago can still be effecting us in ways that just blows my mind
