CBD vape and antidepressants

Has anyone found success using CBD vapes on antidepressants? My doctor told me not to because it is not recommended by the FDA but one could say the same about weed and many people do it still. I wish I could go off my antidepressants entirely and just go on CBD but I’m afraid the side effects will be too much. That’s why I’m doing CBD and taking the antidepressants. im not foreign to the action of self medication by any means and my only comment is that cbd is defiitely the safest option. make sure any vapes you are buying are from a reliable source! it can become dangerous when products are cut with cheaper ingredients

Can you do the cbd a different way? I dint think vaping is goid for your lungs. Why take the chance.
