Do sertraline side effects improve

I’m on day 12 of taking sertraline and I know people say it can get worse before it gets better but I feel my anxiety and physical symptoms have been worse. I have had numbness and tingling in my hands, feet and legs which I know is a common side effect but it is still bothering me.

The nausea and diarrhoea have improved overall but not things like the tingling. It makes me so anxious I don’t know how long I should stick this out. 4-6 weeks for a drug to maybe make a difference is worrying me.

All my physical symptoms have got worse and I want to know will they all go or will some stay?

Not sure if this is normal and panicking!
