Covid 19 and anxiety
I have been suffering from anxiety and depression for many years now but since the virus and having been shielding for 16 weeks my anxiety has gone 100% worse I can’t sleep I can’t eat much ( just bowls of Porridge)and I feel totally scared and isolated every day.I read Claire Weekes books and I try to meditate but I can’t concentrate on it long enough to get any benefit,I wish I could be more positive for you but just thought I would tell you,you are not alone sending you a big virtual hug and hoping for better days ahead for you stay safe x
Absolutely! I’ve had problems with anxiety my whole life, but I get some sense of relief when my employer allowed us to work from home for a few months. Anxiety not fully gone, because this corona stuff is scary and concerning, but at least I was able to stay in my comfort zone. Now we are back in the office, and anxiety symptoms have skyrocketed. I’m currently trying to get an ADA accommodation for work...so far it’s not looking good, they don’t want to grant it, citing that they have done everything required to make sure the office environment is safe in terms of cleaning...but they don’t get it.
Absolutely! I feel so lost and without any hope scientists can find a cure. I don’t know if I can take one more day. At work I’m taking up the slack for those that chose to stay home and self quarantine. I still have my job so I need to take that blessing and keep making money. Unfortunately, I’m so stressed and just want some time to release the anxiety I feel. At some point I’m going exceed my limit.
The masks are giving me headaches and nausea. Anyone feel the same?
