So emotionally numb i can't worry?

I woke up today and i feel extremely emotionally numb, but unlike other days, I cant really feel the worry either. I'm concerned though

Will I forget myself or lose my emotions?

Hey Lindsey. I don’t know the answer to that. I hope that people can feel numb and sadness and still know that they can once again feel joy and happiness.

Talking to people and seeking support is a good step.
