How is everybody dealing with this isolation. I mean I always have isolated myself but I also just got layed off from work. Depression is hitting me pretty hard. I really have no one to talk to. Anyone up to talk?

I have been pretty rocked by this too. My job is uncertain and the unknowns about all of this is difficult. It helps, though, to hear from others who are struggling. I don't feel so lonely about it. I have been working really hard at staying in touch with people like my therapist and family. It is easy for me to isolate too, but I'm learning that is not the best help for my anxiety.
