My anxiety disorder is beginning to go off the charts because of the coronavirus. I'm not worried so much about contracting it. I'm worried about, of all things, the inability to find toilet paper. It concerns me the way people have behaved over hoarding it, and it's akin to how ugly people can get on Black Friday. Of course, my anxiety has caused all kinds of what-ifs. What if this destroys the economy? What if life doesn't get back to normal? What if other supplies start to become scarce? Overwheming...

Hi Storsie

This is understandable. It's hard but we have to not think about the 'what ifs' and try to take each day one at a time. How much toilet paper do you have left?

What are your favourite pastimes?

Favourite music?

Can you get out to the park?

Same. It's really hard. Writing, listening to music, watching my favorite shows, laughter and prayer are things that I find effective. I might need to look into meditation too. I understand what you're going through. Try to find things that calm you down or distract you a little bit. We can do this!
