I'm new here and I have an anxiety problem. I struggle with the feeling everyday doing multiple things. I'm also a college student with a lot of stress from my studies. What can I do to suppress this anxiety feeling? Also does anyone else have this same problem or am I alone in this struggle of emotion?

You're not alone. I'm trying to finish my graduate degree and studying for my comps was pushing me over (plus two other big high stakes exams) my threshold of tolerance. You may not like this, but for me the thing that works the best is math, like basic math that I have forgotten, because it forces me to use my executive brain. Like puzzles, cryptograms, any kind of cerebral distraction is good. NOT intellectualizing or analyzing the news.
You might also like hypnosis downloads from itunes. I don't remember his name but there's a really soothing Scotsman on there and he's very easy to find. I lack attention span sometimes for hypnosis (but not with math unless I'm terrified) but it can put me to sleep.
I like to play Jeopardy with Alexa, those tricky crossword puzzles from Dell that go backwards and forwards. My memory is shot tonight.

hi and welcome to you being at college with so much study can be daunting it really Is important to fit in even a couple of hours a week to do something you enjoy exercising in any shape or form will help.does your college have support groups that can help out.
